We care about food. As the first and (still) only totally gluten free gastropub in Sussex we have a passion for creating great food which is wholesome, rewarding to both the eyes and the tastebuds, and which can entice you back time after time.
Our menu relies on fresh local ingredients and our chef Munkee makes sure it changes almost daily.

We also love indulgence, our desserts are sumptuous and spectacular, marrying old favourites (our crumbles and home made custards are heavenly) with fabulously indulgent new ideas.
